Ruining your own happiness to make people happy.

Sometimes, i worry more about people’s happiness than mine. I would do whatever i can just to make someone happy, even if it means that It’ll ruin my happiness, i get this thrill of seeing people happy, knowing that i did something good, for somebody else and not myself for once, but sometimes i just do it too much that it affects and ruins my happiness, i hate being such a people pleaser.
